CPL Multilateral Field Specialist

Position: Completions (Multi-lateral) Field Specialist\n\nJob Summary: \n\nThe Completions (Multi-lateral) Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. \n\nJob Location:\n\nWest Coast and East Coast of INDIA\n\nReporting to Product and Service Delivery Manager \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nThese responsibilities are activities that correspond to the key processes.\n\n * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.\n * Responsible for service delivery execution.\n * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.\n * Running in 2 Tier, 3 Tier and 5 Tier Multi-lateral completions tools as per SOP with operational efficiency.\n * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.\n * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.\n * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.\n * Responsible for routine well surveillance, problem well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and prepare field operational procedures.\n * Work with drilling team on completion proposal, installation, snubbing unit operation, tubing installation and retrieval.\n * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.\n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.\n * Maintain the required safety training.\n\n\n\nBehaviour:\n\n * Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.\n * Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish. Uses logic to solve problems with effective solutions.\n * Is personally committed to continuous improvement.\n * Listens and can communicate effectively with managers, peers and clients both written and verbally.\n\n\n\nExperience \u0026 Exposures:\n\n * Qualification \u2013 Diploma or bachelor\u2019s in engineering and technology from reputed university.\n * Minimum 7-10 years post-qualification expertise in running 2 Tier, 3 Tier, 5-tier multi-lateral completion tools.\n * Environment \u2013 Onshore and Offshore Oilfield \n\n\n\n * Qualification \u2013 Diploma or bachelor\u2019s in engineering and technology from reputed university.\n * Minimum 7-10 years post-qualification expertise in running 2 Tier, 3 Tier, 5-tier multi-lateral completion tools.\n * Environment \u2013 Onshore and Offshore Oilfield \n\n\n
