Key Responsibilities

  Operate cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials at the project site.

  Follow instructions from site engineers, signalmen, and rigging personnel during lifting operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect the crane, lifting equipment, and safety systems before starting operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the crane's load capacity is not exceeded and follow approved lifting procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with site supervisors and signalmen to ensure safe lifting and material movement.

  
  


• 
  

  Report any mechanical issues, equipment damage, or unsafe site conditions immediately.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records.

  Follow all site safety rules and applicable construction safety standards.

  Ensure proper parking, shutdown, and securing of the crane after operations.

  Assist with routine maintenance checks and coordinate servicing when required.
