Job Description

You will lead a creative team of 6 designers and 3 video editors supporting a portfolio of
global financial & crypto exhibitions (Dubai, India, LATAM, etc.).
Your main responsibility is to plan, prioritize, and quality-control all creative output —
not just design things yourself.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 6 graphic designers and 3 video editors based in
India.

Translate business & marketing requirements into clear creative briefs and
timelines.
Plan and prioritize workloads across multiple events and campaigns
simultaneously.
Own the visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all events and
channels.
Review and approve key deliverables (KV, social ads, landing pages, email
creatives, video cuts).
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Event teams (Dubai, India, LATAM) to
support campaigns.
Set up and improve creative processes: briefing, feedback loops, version control,
asset management.
Mentor and upskill team members; run regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Ensure on-time delivery under tight deadlines and last-minute changes.

Requirements

6+ years of design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead / art director / creative lead role.

Hands-on background in marketing / campaign / brand design (not only UI/UX or print).

Experience working in agencies, event companies, or performance marketing environments.

Proven experience managing at least 4–5 creatives (designers / video editors).

Strong portfolio showing campaign-based work (social media, ads, email, landing pages, event visuals).

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Comfortable working with fast-paced, international teams and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial services, fintech, trading, crypto, or tech events.

Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; understanding of motion design & video workflows.

Experience working with teams across different time zones.

Personality & Working Style

Strong ownership and accountability.

Structured, process-driven, not chaotic “artist mode”.

Calm under pressure, able to push back and negotiate priorities when necessary.
