We are looking for a Creative Design Lead to shape and drive the visual identity across diverse platforms and formats. In this role, you will own the creative process end-to-end — from research and ideation to execution and delivery — ensuring every output is bold, consistent, and impactful. You will guide a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and set the standard for design excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design team in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering innovative creatives across digital, web, social, print, and mobile platforms.
Create high-quality, visually compelling assets that resonate with audiences and align with brand strategy.
Build and scale design systems, templates, and style guides to drive consistency and efficiency across campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and new technologies, embedding them into the creative process.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level designers, providing clear feedback and direction to elevate their work.
Drive creative experimentation with motion graphics, animation, and video formats to bring ideas to life.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
A standout portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design, branding, and multi-format creatives (digital, social, and print).
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for layout, typography, illustration, and color theory.
Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a strong plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design is an advantage.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook) and their creative nuances.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
