Creative Designer (Branding & Digital Media)

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative
Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong
eye for visual storytelling and be able to create engaging marketing assets
across digital and print media. This role requires expertise in graphic design,
presentation design, social media creatives, and short-form video content to
strengthen the company's internal and external brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing collateral, including
  brochures, flyers, banners, standees, posters, and digital creatives.
  
• Create visually engaging assets aligned with the
  company's branding guidelines.
  
• Design creative posts and campaigns for LinkedIn,
  Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  
• Develop and edit promotional and corporate videos.
  
• Create short-form videos and reels for social media
  platforms.
  
• Design professional PowerPoint presentation templates.
  
• Create branded document templates, reports, proposal
  templates, and marketing documents.
  
• Ensure consistency across all corporate communication
  materials.
  
• Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Leadership
  teams to understand creative requirements.
  
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting
  deadlines.

Scope of Work

• Create branding assets for corporate communications.
  
• Design posters, banners, brochures, standees, event
  collateral, and other marketing creatives.
  
• Develop weekly LinkedIn and Instagram creatives.
  
• Produce short-form promotional videos and social media
  reels.
  
• Design PowerPoint presentation templates and branded
  document templates.
  
• Support internal branding and employer branding
  initiatives.
  
• Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to the
  company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all
  communication channels.
