Job Title : Creative Designer.
Location : Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Design and develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, print media, and educational materials.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into marketing collateral to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
- Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with our strategic goals and effectively convey our marketing messages.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all marketing channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver creative Creative and Logical Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with logical thinking to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create designs that support marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Experience in generating various types of marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and educational resources.
- Trend Awareness: Knowledge of the latest design and marketing trends to keep our brand current and engaging.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all design work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role with a marketing focus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and marketing materials.
- Experience in the technology or storage products industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
