Creative Digital Media Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Digital Media Designer who has a knack for translating ideas into impactful visuals, videos and digital stories.

• Create short -form videos, social clips, and marketing assets
  
• Edit and polish footage into compelling narratives (sound, color, pacing)
  
• Design motion graphics and visual assets for campaigns
  
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to bring data stories to life
  
• Iterate quickly on feedback and keep up with platform trends (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video)
  

Requirements

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing
  
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is required.
  
• Portfolio or sample edits that show creativity and attention to detail.
  
• Eagerness to learn, take direction, and experiment.
