Role: Creative Director - Generative AI & Design

Location: Mumbai, India 

Work Timings: 6:30am to 3:30pm   

About the role: 

In today's rapidly evolving creative landscape, we're seeking an exceptional Creative Director who will lead the intersection of GenAI innovation and premium brand creative excellence. This role will pioneer new approaches to creative development, particularly within the beauty, luxury, and premium consumer sectors, while maintaining the highest standards of craft and design execution.  

What you will be doing: 

• Lead and inspire creative teams in developing innovative, brand-appropriate creative solutions using GenAI technologies  


• Drive creative excellence across all channels, ensuring work meets premium brand standards while leveraging AI capabilities 


• Champion the integration of GenAI tools and methodologies within the creative process 


• Provide strategic creative direction for beauty and luxury brand clients, ensuring work resonates with sophisticated target audiences 


• Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of AI-enabled innovation and design excellence 


• Partner with clients to build trust in GenAI applications while maintaining brand integrity 

Creative & Technical Leadership:  

• Guide teams in using GenAI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creative output 


• Establish best practices for GenAI implementation in premium brand creative work 


• Ensure all creative output maintains exceptional craft and design standards 


• Drive innovation in GenAI creative approaches while protecting brand equity 


• Lead creative reviews and provide constructive feedback that elevates work quality 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• 10-15 years of creative leadership experience, with significant exposure to premium, beauty, or luxury brands 


• Proven track record of award-winning creative work and team leadership 


• Deep understanding of GenAI technologies and their creative applications 


• Strong appreciation for craft, design, and premium brand aesthetics 


• Experience in mentoring and developing creative talent 


• Excellence in client presentation and stakeholder management 


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant GenAI platforms 

Preferred Experience:  

• Direct experience in beauty, luxury, or premium fashion sectors 


• Multi-market or global brand experience 


• Track record of successful GenAI implementation in creative projects 


• Experience in digital-first creative development
