For users who want deeper guidance, the app offers Personal CFO, a premium SEBI-registered advisory service for end-to-end financial planning. Insurance advisory is handled through Pillow, an independent vertical focused on transparent, long-term protection.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across our video content — from concept to final cut. You'll guide DOPs and cinematographers on set, shape shot lists, and work closely with editors to bring stories to life

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  Own the Creative Direction for video content — concept, tone, visual style

  Brief and guide DOPs/cinematographers on look, lighting, and shot composition
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Build and review shot lists in collaboration with the production team
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with editors through post-production to ensure the final cut matches creative intent
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with content strategists/writers to translate scripts into visual narratives

  Maintain quality and creative consistency across all video output

  Mentor junior creative and production talent
  
  
  

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  

  Film school background — Mandatory (Direction & Cinematography specialization preferred)
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience directing shoots and managing DOPs/cinematographers on set
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience collaborating with editors in post-production (familiarity with editing workflows, not necessarily editing yourself)

  Portfolio/Reel demonstrating past creative direction work
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and on-set leadership skills
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Consistency of visual/brand identity across all video output

  Reduction in reshoots/reworks due to clearer pre-production planning

  Oversee color grading, sound design, and VFX to ensure alignment with creative intent 

  
  

GOOD TO HAVE

  Experience in fast-paced content/media environments (fintech, D2C, or digital-first brands)

  Familiarity with short-form and long-form video formats

  Basic understanding of editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) to speak the editor's language
