Creative In-Residence

We are building our creative function from scratch, and we want one person to own all of it. You are a full-stack designer who also shoots and edits video, crafting a brand system inside the pace of a startup.

About Dognosis

Dognosis digitizes canine cognition to detect 30+ human cancers from a single breath sample, with accuracy exceeding standard-of-care diagnostics and at a cost low enough to scale across entire populations. We are backed by top-tier VCs across India, the US, Israel, and Europe (including Accel India), have published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, and collaborate with UCL, Narayana Health, and Medical Detection Dogs. We are pre-revenue, well-funded, and entering prospective clinical validation.

What You Will Do

• Own our visual language across everything we make, from brand and socials to campaigns and the decks we put in front of the world.
  
• Shoot and edit short films, explainers, and founder and patient stories that make hard science feel human.
  
• Design and iterate performance creative across our channels, working closely with the founders.
  
• Move between motion, layout, and film, doing whatever the moment needs rather than staying in one lane.
  
• Build the creative system, templates, and asset library a future team will run on.
  

You Are a Good Fit If

• You have a portfolio with real craft & taste.
  
• You can take a film from idea to final cut. 
  
• You are a true generalist who would rather own the whole stack than specialise in one slice.
  
• You move comfortably between slow, considered brand work and fast, iterative performance creative.
  
• You are tuned into culture, can sense what will land, and design for how a message actually feels.
  

Valuable but Not Required

• You have designed for a consumer health, wellness, or science brand.
  
• You know motion design or animation.
  
• You have shipped a direct-to-consumer launch or run performance creative before.
