Role: Creative Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Commercial Spaces

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of high-end Show Suites and Sales Galleries.
• Design functional, visually impactful Common Areas such as clubs, lounges, and lobbies.
• Manage the end-to-end interior design process, including space planning, detailing, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients from concept development to final execution.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in luxury residential or commercial design, with emphasis on experiential spaces.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working on the developer side is mandatory.
• Proven skills in project management, vendor coordination, and client interaction.
