Job Overview: 
We're seeking a Creative Lead with a robust background in digital design, including web design, to drive our digital marketing and social media initiatives. This role requires expertise in design tools like Figma, illustration, photo editing, and typography, with a keen eye for current social trends.

• Digital Savvy Designer: Proficient in digital and web design, adept at using Figma and other design software to create visually compelling content.

• Trend-Conscious Creator: With a strong sense of typography and composition, you stay up-to-date with the latest in social trends to keep our designs fresh and engaging.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design Execution: Lead the creation of digital content for marketing campaigns and social media, with an ability to extend designs to web environments.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align design strategies with business objectives, adapting designs based on stakeholder feedback.


• Creative Innovation: Utilize your illustration and photo editing skills to enhance visual storytelling across all platforms.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: At least 5 years in digital design, with proven capabilities in web design and social media content creation.


• Skills: Mastery of Figma, skilled in illustration and photo editing, with a sophisticated understanding of typography.


• Portfolio: Demonstrates impactful design work that aligns with strategic marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Strategy: Oversee design projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with our digital marketing objectives.


• Process Efficiency: Optimize design workflows for quick delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Additional Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.


• Portfolio Requirement: Must showcase expertise in digital design, particularly in web design and multimedia content creation.
