Creative Producer

We're looking for a Creative Producer - Growth (Ads) to be a core part of our creative performance engine. This is the role that turns briefs into scroll-stopping content.

You'll own end-to-end production of ad creatives — coordinating talent, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality output at scale. You'll work closely with the creative and growth teams to ensure our ads don't just look good, but drive real results.

This is for someone who's as comfortable on a shoot as they are in a spreadsheet. Someone who can keep ten moving parts in sync without losing sight of what makes the first three seconds hook.

Your Role:

• Conceptualize, oversee scripts, and produce high-quality creatives aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard the right influencers, celebrities, directors, writers, and production houses across India
• Build and manage partnerships with external talent including celebrity managers, influencers, and production partners
• Lead end-to-end script supervision, editing, and production oversight (PPM, casting, set design, costumes, lighting) to maintain premium quality
• Manage shoots, post-production, and delivery timelines within budget
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics via Meta Ads Manager, and experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and AI tools to optimize ad performance
• Supervise contracts, vendor coordination, budgets, and payments while driving projects from pitch to production to performance analysis

• Comfort with data, dashboards, and rapid testing cycles
• Ability to balance speed with craft
• High accountability and bias for action
• Prior experience with content companies is preferred
