About the Role:
As the Content Planning & Delivery Manager at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in owning the end -to -end content lifecycle—from ideation and scripting to production, delivery, and performance feedback. This role involves overseeing video strategy, content planning, post -production quality, and the overall creative direction for social media channels, paid ads, and retention campaigns while ensuring timely and high -quality content execution.
You will build scalable content systems, drive creative experimentation using AI tools, and collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives. As a key bridge between Strategy, Creatives, and Performance, you will help shape impactful content architecture across the full marketing funnel.
What You’ll Do:
â Video Strategy & Production:
â Develop and oversee content concepts, storyboards, and creative directions aligned with campaign goals.
â Manage and direct video shoots, ensuring smooth on -ground execution and adherence to technical requirements.
â Review video edits and provide guidance on improvements, including motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, and brand consistency.
â Ensure efficient workflows across video editing and post -production tools.
â Content Planning & Creative Delivery:
â Build a bank of content angles, formats, and hooks for continuous experimentation and performance improvement.
â Plan monthly creative output and develop content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
â Build social media content pillars, themes, and messaging to drive audience growth.
â Coordinate campaign rollouts, content sequencing, and daily publishing across paid and organic channels.
â Build content architecture across Top Funnel, Middle Funnel, and Bottom Funnel stages.
â Cross -functional Collaboration & Team Management:
â Work closely with Paid Ads, Events, Design, and Academic teams to ensure creative alignment.
â Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless content delivery.
â Lead and mentor editors, social media associates, and interns to maintain quality and productivity.
â Act as the bridge between Strategy, Creatives, and Performance teams.
â Additional Duties:
â Maintain an organised library of video files, project assets, and content archives.
â Use AI -based creative tools to improve production efficiency and enable creative experimentation.
â Ensure high standards of execution while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
â Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Who You Are:
â Must -Have:
â 3–6 years of experience in video production, digital content creation, digital advertising, or social media marketing.
â A strong portfolio showcasing video content, social media campaigns, or creative work.
â Strong understanding of short -form content performance mechanics for social media and ads, including hooks, retention curves, and CTA placement.
â Excellent communication, storytelling, organisation, and creative problem -solving skills.
â Proven experience managing small creative or production teams.
â Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
â Should Have:
â Hands -on proficiency in video editing and post -production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
â Experience in planning and executing content strategies across paid and organic channels.
â Familiarity with content funnel frameworks (Top Funnel, Middle Funnel, Bottom Funnel).
â Comfort using AI -based creative tools and adapting to emerging content trends.
â Nice to Have:
â Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Film, Media, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
â Experience working in fast -paced digital, education, media, or agency environments.
â Exposure to content performance analysis and creative optimisation.
