About the Role :
As an AI Show Runner, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering engaging, binge-worthy short-form vertical content built end-to-end through AI production tools. You will oversee the entire AI production pipeline from idea to final upload ensuring stories are emotionally gripping, fast-paced, and optimised for mobile viewing.

Key Responsibilites :

•  Review, develop and refine scripts for AI microdrama shows. 


•  Provide clear, creative feedback to writers and internal teams. 


•  Write or supervise scripts with strong hooks.


•  Develop original, high-concept AI micro drama ideas tailored for vertical platforms.


•  Identify trending themes, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and retention.


•  Plan and execute end-to-end AI production. (pre-production, generation, post)


•  Work closely with AI directors, writers, editors, and prompt teams.


•  Ensure content is optimised for vertical viewing. (framing, pacing, subtitles, sound cues)


•  Monitor audience performance metrics. (retention, completion rate, engagement)


•  Iterate content strategy based on data and user behaviour.


•  Manage multiple projects under tight production timelines.


•  Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and storytelling style.

What We're Looking For :

• Proven experience in short-form video, digital content, or series production — hands-on exposure to AI production tools is a strong plus.


•  Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling and vertical formats.


•  Ability to create emotionally engaging, high-retention content.


•  Excellent project management and multitasking skills.


•  Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and cliffhangers.


•  Experience working with fast turnaround production cycles.


•  Good understanding of audience behaviour on short video platforms.
