Creative Producer

Role Overview: The Creative Producer will be responsible for strategizing and producing brand content across various brand and social media platforms, working closely with a video production and social media team. Additional responsibilities include fostering the growth of the team, providing mentorship, conducting performance appraisals, and creating a vision and mission for video/ photo production within brand design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing creative video content for the brand in collaboration with brand managers and creative producers, working alongside a team of video production experts throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production stages.

• Collaborating with brand managers and content producers to develop brand design assets such as scripts, storyboards, graphics, videos, animation, simulations, etc.

• Incorporating ideation, storytelling, interactivity, and design into brand content.

• Planning and managing the video production pipeline and resources using project management tools, essential documentation, and necessary reporting.

• Establishing quality guidelines and standards for various brand design assets (videos), considering marketing objectives and outcomes.

• Visualizing a range of content across multiple content categories using brand design production models, practices, and methods.

• Managing asset management and maintenance across projects and beyond.

• Ensuring quality control, packaging, and delivery of brand content.

• Researching tools and trends, and implementing best practices in the brand

• Training, mentoring, motivating, reviewing, and appraising the team, while creating a vision for both the team and the brand.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a creative producer/creative director/creative manager in a media production company.

• Ability to write compelling scripts, direct shoots, and visualize content effectively.

• Past experience of working in fashion and skincase brands.

• Strong communication, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in media production, visual design, multimedia, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing and branding theories.

• Ability to perform a variety of tasks while also leading, directing, and troubleshooting the work of the team.

• Imagination and curiosity with a passion for transforming education through creativity
