Job Title: Creative Quality Assurance (Q/A)
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
General Overview / Purpose of Job:
As a member of the Creative QA team, you will be facilitating detailed inspections to ensure the final product observes the company's quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in keeping our campaigns and projects moving internally. As a detail-oriented professional, you are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Core Responsibilities / Job Duties Quality Assurance on deliverables:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and obtained correct stakeholder approvals.
Ensure all pertinent details needed for the creation of materials are provided and complete
Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found or there are incomplete details
Effectively communicating with other team members to solve pre-production and post-production problems
Track task progression on pre- and post-production; ensure CPMs are looped in the updates
Promote positive relationships with project owners and assignees
Develop a workflow for product inspection
Key skills and areas for development, many of which support advancement
Extremely organized and works well under pressure
Deliver inspiring and exceptional design work
Able to view a project from a strategic perspective
A deep understanding of the industry and market trends and how to create a unique design strategy within that
Develop skills in staff/personnel management
Required Qualifications:
Interest and experience with QA within a creative team
The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
Skilled in Google doc (Excel, Slides, Sheets, PowerPoint)
Skilled in asana or a project management software is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, type, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
