Creative Strategist / Content Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time, in-house Creative Strategist / Content Marketing Lead who can build content with purpose - not just posts.

This role is for someone who understands what to say, when to say it, where to say it, how to say it, what CTA to use, and how content should move a customer from attention to inquiry to store visit to sale.

What the Role Will Own

• Monthly and weekly content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, reels, videos, static posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives

• Content buckets aligned to launches, weddings, festive moments, campaigns, education, objections, and lead generation

• Hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, ad angles, and messaging for premium and luxury audiences

• Content journey planning: awareness -> interest -> inquiry -> DM/WhatsApp -> appointment/video call -> walk-in -> sale

• Shoot briefs and creative direction for the in-house photographer, editor, and later the design team

• Campaign concepts for both organic content and paid ads

Required Experience

• 4-8+ years in content strategy, creative strategy, brand content, digital content marketing, or similar roles

• Hands-on experience writing scripts for reels, short videos, ads, and conversion-focused social content

• Experience planning content for both organic growth and paid campaign support

• Experience building or contributing to customer journeys / lead funnels

• Experience working directly with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers

• Strong understanding of customer psychology, objections, CTA logic, and conversion-led communication

• Preferred category experience: luxury jewellery, fashion, premium lifestyle, beauty, wedding industry, or high-ticket retail

• Creative briefing and output review

• Brand voice consistency and execution ownership

• Only-Canva creators with no strategy depth

• Trend-copy content managers without campaign thinking

• Agency account managers who have not personally written and planned content

Important: this is not a basic posting role. The selected person must be able to think strategically, write strongly, brief creatives clearly, and help turn content into inquiries, appointments, and sales.
