Job Summary 

We are looking for a Creative Video Producer (Performance Marketing) who can own video content end-to-end — from ideation to execution — with a sharp focus on performance. 

This is not an aesthetic editing role. 
You will be responsible for creating high-performing short-form videos (ads + organic) that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions. 

If you think in hooks, retention curves, and iteration loops, you’ll fit right in. 

Where You Can Create Impact 

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) 

• Write high-converting hooks and scripts for performance-driven content 

• Create multiple variations of videos for A/B testing 

• Optimize content based on engagement metrics (CTR, watch time, retention) 

• Collaborate with growth and product teams to align content with GTM strategy 

• Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance data 

• Shoot or direct simple in-house videos with minimal setup 

• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithms 

Requirements for the Role 

Must Have 

• 1–2 years experience in performance-focused video content creation 

• Strong ability to write hooks and scripts for short-form videos 

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end video production (scripting → shooting → editing) 

• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar 

• Ability to create multiple content variations quickly 

• Strong understanding of engagement drivers (first 3 seconds, pacing, retention) 

• Ability to independently shoot or direct simple videos 

Good to Have 

• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia) 

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills 

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or finance content 

• Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, conversions, watch time)
