We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Writer to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves researching, conceptualizing, creating, and managing compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to both the creative direction and operational execution of content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and curate high-quality content for digital platforms.
• Develop engaging blog posts, website copy, social media content, and storytelling-driven narratives.
• Contribute to and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Ensure all content reflects a cohesive brand voice and messaging framework.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to produce integrated campaigns.
• Optimize content for digital platforms with a basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Utilize AI tools effectively to enhance productivity and content quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong expertise in copywriting, content writing, creative writing, blog writing, ghostwriting, and storytelling.
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.
• Proficiency in web content writing and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred).
• Well-versed in using various AI content tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Up to 5 years of post-graduation professional experience.
