Role Description
As a Creator as Presenter / Actor at Haris&Co’s Social Media Department, you are the on -screen face of the department and selected client brands. Your primary responsibility is to confidently represent brands through hosted, acted, or presented video content across digital platforms.
You will appear in department branding content and client campaigns as a presenter, explainer, host, or actor, ensuring strong screen presence, clarity of communication, and alignment with brand tonality. This role is focused exclusively on performance in front of the camera, storytelling delivery, and brand representation — not campaign execution or influencer management.
Key Responsibilities
1. On -Screen Hosting & Presentation
Act as the on -screen presenter, host, or actor for department branding and client content.
Deliver scripts, talking points, and concepts with confidence, clarity, and brand alignment.
Appear in videos such as explainers, trend -led content, interviews, testimonials, case studies, reels, ads, and voice -over based formats.
Maintain consistent energy, expression, and professionalism across all recorded content.
2. Brand Representation
Represent Haris&Co and client brands professionally in all public -facing video content.
Adapt presentation style based on brand tone, audience, and platform requirements.
Ensure verbal and non -verbal communication aligns with brand messaging and values.
3. Script & Content Preparation
Review scripts, briefs, and content outlines before shoots or recordings.
Suggest delivery improvements for clarity, flow, and audience engagement when required.
Understand content objectives to ensure accurate and impactful presentation.
4. Shoot & Production Participation
Be available and prepared for scheduled shoots, recordings, and content days.
Coordinate closely with the production team during shoots for smooth execution.
Follow direction from Content Strategists, Directors, or Creative Leads during filming.
Adapt quickly to retakes, revisions, or last -minute changes during shoots.
5. Department Branding & Visibility
Feature in department -level branding initiatives such as team showcases, trend explainers, thought -leadership videos, and agency campaigns.
Contribute to building Haris&Co’s on -camera identity through consistent presence and performance.
6. Professional Standards & Growth
Maintain a polished on -camera presence, voice modulation, body language, and articulation.
Continuously improve presentation, hosting, and acting skills through practice and feedback.
Stay aware of content trends, formats, and audience expectations relevant to on -screen roles.
Your Role in the Team
Serve as the dedicated on -screen talent for assigned department and client content.
Collaborate with internal teams while focusing solely on performance and presentation.
Ensure reliability, punctuality, and professionalism for all shoot commitments.
