About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and people -first Creator / Talent Onboarding Executive to identify high -potential creators, build meaningful relationships, and exclusively onboard them to Kalakaaar. If you enjoy networking, negotiating, and closing deals while helping creators grow their careers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
•Scout and identify talented creators across social media platforms with a keen eye for emerging talent.
•Build strong relationships with creators and successfully onboard them exclusively with Kalakaaar.
•Own the end -to -end onboarding journey, from initial outreach to contract closure.
•Maintain long -term relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
•Drive creator retention by proactively addressing concerns and minimizing attrition.
•Negotiate partnerships and close onboarding deals with confidence and professionalism.
•Stay updated on creator trends, platform insights, and emerging talent to continuously strengthen the roster.
What We’re Looking For
•A keen eye for discovering talented creators across diverse content categories.
•Excellent communication, relationship -building, and networking skills.
•Someone who enjoys sales, negotiations, and closing deals.
•Strong persuasion and stakeholder management abilities.
•A proactive, target -driven mindset with a passion for the creator economy.
•Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or business development is a plus

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
