Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer financial statements and authorize or recommend credit limits.


• Liaise with Tricon Traders , Customers, and Banks to discuss credit matters, resolve issues and verify financial and credit transactions


• Tracking LC transactions and structuring of transactions


• Regular reporting to the Credit Manager of global exposures


• Manage credit related activities for assigned products


• Assess and evaluate current and new business opportunities


• Provide support to senior management in risk assessment and decision making


• Request and review third party credit reports and credit references


• Visit customers to assess credit worthiness


• Manage credit data in JD Edwards


• Monitor exposure, release orders and manage collections of their own portfolio


• Prepare and review reports to monitor exposures


• Uphold internal credit policies and procedures

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field required


• Min 8 years of experience in a credit role


• Fluent in English


• Highly analytical and able to problem solve


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Detail oriented


• Comfortable being assertive and making tough decisions


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Strong technical proficiency in Excel


• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle BI, is a plus)
  
  
  

This is 5 days working role with alternate Saturdays working.
