Responsibilities

  Customer credit underwriting and creating standardized credit reports for management.

  Customer background verification through field inspections, tele-verification, and preparing final CAM.

  
  


• 
  

  MIS and portfolio health reporting to detect early warning signs and optimize underwriting methods.

  
  


• 
  

  Building, automating, and productizing credit processes to reduce turnaround time.

  
  


• 
  

  Cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and central teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring a high customer NPS and positive customer experience.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university; finance certifications are a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3+ years of retail credit underwriting experience (automotive loan experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience creating MIS and portfolio management reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to build, scale, and improve processes in dynamic environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
