We are looking for an experienced Credit & Risk Strategist to lead the development of credit strategies and risk frameworks for unsecured personal loans. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital lending, credit policy design, and portfolio risk management, with a focus on driving efficient and data-driven credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit strategies for unsecured personal loans.
• Design and enhance digital underwriting processes and real-time decision engines to enable faster and smarter credit evaluations.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to strengthen risk assessment and portfolio monitoring frameworks.
• Oversee key stages of the loan lifecycle, including disbursement, repayment, and collections.
• Monitor loan performance metrics and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes, credit market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in unsecured personal loans, preferably within a digital lending setup.
• Strong understanding of credit policy formulation, underwriting models, and digital lending platforms.
• Experience in fintech or NBFC environments, ideally with consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-backed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
