Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the credit underwriting team in assessing and evaluating loan applications against the company’s lending criteria.
Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures to assess business loans and non business loans under Loan against property
Oversee the credit risk associated with the loan portfolio and take necessary steps to mitigate risk.
Work with other departments within the company, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that the bank's lending goals are met while maintaining a sound credit risk profile.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the credit underwriting industry.

6+ years industry experience
