Role: Credit Manager |Grade: M7/M8| Location: Mumbai

Job role

• Handling a team of credit analysts


• Prioritization of proposals in consultation with business team


• Guide the team of credit analysts to write better quality notes and effective monitoring


•  Vetting of Credit Appraisal notes prepared by credit analysts


• Discuss with senior members of business team on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments/ structuring of the proposal, transaction


• Assist the credit analysts to formulate credit recommendation in the note.


• Closely monitoring of portfolio along with team of credit analysts


• Escalate with action plan for non-compliances and early warning signals


• Meeting the clients on regular basis to know the updates


• Networking within various departments of the bank/ taking reference checks from other banks

Job req

• Experience required for the Job: At least 10+ years in Credit Underwriting. 


• CA / MBA


• Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Analysis.


• Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory bodies requirements.


• Good interaction and communication ability.


• Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
