Responsibilities:
As a Credit Operations Manager at our company , you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities:
- Lead Coordination : Proactively manage our leads, ensuring swift follow-ups and successful loan disbursements for qualified clients.
- Lead nurturing : Move the leads in the funnel from inbound towards maturity, ensuring all customer documents are sourced for processing
- Lead fitment : Identify the current bank/NBFC in which the lead profile would fit for loan sanction.
- Banking and NBFC Policies: Foster strong relationships with banks and NBFCs, understanding their eligibility criteria, and recommending suitable leads.
- Building team : Take charge of assembling and nurturing a high-performance team to enhance our secured loan processing capabilities.
- Data & Reporting : Leverage analytics tools to glean insights and compile reports, aiding in informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Lending Expertise: A solid background in home loan/LAP/mortgage operations within banks or NBFCs or loan agents.
- Funnel management : Track record of successful mortgage loan disbursements, collaboration with banks, and proficient handling of customer applications.
- Data Proficiency : Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
