Credits Manager

• Evaluate creditworthiness of prospective and existing clients using financial analysis, credit scoring, and risk assessment models.
  
  
• Approve or recommend credit limits and terms in accordance with company policies.
  
  
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify potential risk exposures or deteriorating accounts.
  
  
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and collections teams to optimize credit processes and client service.
  
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer profiles, and sector-specific risks.
  
  
• Ensure all credit assessments and decisions are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Support the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures that align with compliance frameworks.
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in handling and processing secured loan products.
  
• Must have prior experience with loan approvals of ₹1 crore and above.
  
• Should be familiar with loan approval percentages and underwriting ratios.
  
• In-depth understanding of RBI guidelines, including awareness of recent updates and changes.
  
• Ability to manage and oversee compliance and risk-related aspects of secured lending.
