CrimsonAI - Engineering Manager - Python/Golang/Nodejs

About the role:

• Ownership of the team and product you’ll be working with
• Create B2C product which would touch lives of millions of users
• Improve on current architecture, and build for the future
• Closely work with product team in execution of roadmap
• Code: 70% time, Manage: 30% of the time
• Work closely with you own reporting line in building an great engineering culture over the years
• Be responsible for the team output rather than your personal output
• Hiring and mentoring

Requirements:

• An awesome engineer first!
• You care about the team, users, product and organisation
• 8 years of experience, with minimum 2 years in management
• Having went through end to end product journey in your previous works
• Strong in at least of the following languages: Python/Golang/Nodejs

Good to have:

• Someone in similar role before
• Having worked with a cool tech startup in the past
• Process oriented focus towards having focus on having close to real time development to production releases
• You understand why to follow coding conventions, and when to break them
