Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer -focused CRM Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, nurture leads, and ensure seamless coordination between sales and customers. The role involves handling end -to -end customer engagement—from lead management to post -sales support—while ensuring high customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Support
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Understand customer requirements and pitch Ridhira projects effectively
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Follow up with prospects for conversion and closures
Maintain accurate lead data and updates in CRM systems
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Ensure prompt response to all customer queries and concerns
Provide complete project information (pricing, amenities, location benefits)
Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints
Post -Sales Coordination
Manage customer lifecycle from booking to handover/possession
Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and payment schedules
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects)
Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution
CRM & Data Management
Update and maintain customer data in CRM software
Track customer interactions, follow -ups, and sales progress
Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on leads and conversions
Ensure data accuracy and process adherence
Sales & Conversion
Drive lead -to -site visit and site visit -to -booking conversions
Support achievement of sales targets through effective follow -ups
Upsell / cross -sell relevant Ridhira offerings
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent follow -up and negotiation abilities
Customer -centric approach with problem -solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting
Ability to work in a fast -paced sales environment
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–5 years of experience in CRM / Inside Sales / Real Estate Sales
Experience in real estate, plotted developments, villas, or hospitality projects is a plus
