Title: Tele caller / CRM Executive

Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail -oriented Tele
caller / CRM Executive to join MNC, an authorized Sales, Service & Spares
dealer of Greaves Cotton Ltd. with over 45 years of experience in the diesel
generator industry. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential
customers, maintaining customer records, updating CRM data, and supporting the
sales team in lead generation and follow -ups. The position requires strong
communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage
customer data efficiently. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want
to build a career in sales support, CRM handling, and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate
leads for DG sets and related services

• Follow up with existing leads generated by the sales team

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software

• Record details of conversations, enquiries, and follow -ups in the system

• Coordinate with field sales executives for scheduling customer visits

• Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking sheets

• Perform data entry and database management using Excel and CRM tools

• Assist the sales team in organizing customer information and quotations

• Maintain proper records of customers, leads, and follow -ups

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills

• 1yr and above Experience in tele calling / customer support / inside sales preferred

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel

• Ability to maintain organized data and follow -up schedules

• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast -paced sales environment

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Work Mode: Work from Office

• Shift: Day Shift

• Working Days: 6 days per week
