CRM / CSD Executive

• Making quotations and
  sharing the same on mail to customers.
  
• Entering the orders
  received in Jewellery Software.
  
• Good
  understanding of costing and pricing in Jewellery.
  
• Coordinate with the
  production team for orders.
  
• Making sure the orders are
  dispatched on time.
  
• Customer coordination.
  
• Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
  
• Foster a
  collaborative and innovative team
  culture.  
  

Requirements

• HSC+ , Graduate is preferred 
  
• 5+ Years of experience in jewellery industry
  
• Good Experience of
  EMR is must
  
• Experience in Export Market
  
• Good communication skills - English and Hindi
  
• Good Grip in Excel 
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
