CRM Executive

• Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  
• Handle post-sales customer engagement including documentation, coordination, and regular follow-ups.
  
• Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding queries, concerns, and updates.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve client satisfaction.
  
• Track and follow up on payments, agreements, and other post-booking formalities.
  
• Assist in organizing customer meets, handovers, and other client engagement events.
  
• Prepare and share customer status reports with the management team.
  
• Utilize CRM tools to analyse trends and generate actionable insights for improving customer experience.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields is a plus.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or CRM role, preferably in real estate or a service-oriented industry.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  
• Customer-centric mind-set with a positive attitude.
