Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Projects with 7+ years of relevant experience in CRM implementation and project management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with CRM products, gathering client requirements, managing implementations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The candidate should preferably have experience working with a CRM product/company and should be well-versed in CRM implementation processes across Service and Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities CRM Implementation & Project Management

• Manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.


• Understand client business processes, requirements, and pain points and translate them into CRM solutions.


• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.


• Prepare and review BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).


• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for solution design, development, customization, and implementation.


• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality standards.


• Track project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions wherever required.


• Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and provide project updates.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.


• Coordinate between clients, internal development teams, implementation teams, and other stakeholders.


• Handle escalations and resolve project-related issues effectively.


• Conduct product demonstrations and solution discussions as required.

CRM Functional & Technical Coordination

• Develop a strong understanding of CRM workflows, modules, integrations, and business processes.


• Work closely with technical teams for CRM configuration, customization, and integrations.


• Understand CRM architecture and database/schema requirements at a functional level.


• Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions align with approved BRDs/FRDs.


• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation, project management, or a similar role.


• Mandatory experience working with CRM products/platforms.


• Strong experience in end-to-end CRM implementation.


• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.


• Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD preparation.


• Good understanding of CRM processes, workflows, and integrations.


• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

Industry Experience

Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Service and/or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Number of CRM implementations handled.


• Types of industries/clients for which CRM solutions were implemented.


• Role and responsibilities during the implementation lifecycle.


• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, solution design, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 7+ years of relevant experience in CRM Implementation / Project Management.


• Proven experience managing CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.


• Experience in a CRM company/product-based environment is strongly preferred.
