Job Description - CRM IT Consultant




We're calling all rule-breaker and risk-taker Consultants who see the world differently and are bold enough to reinvent it. Come, transform with us. 






The CRM Technical Consultant will serve as the internal CRM system's technical SME and system administrator. The individual will be in charge of the internal CRM platform's development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Zoho CRM Modules, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, and user interface development. Project management and Support Service Management will be part of responsibilities. 




The ideal applicant is detail-oriented and capable of managing and prioritizing many requests from a significant user base. The perfect applicant will have extensive CRM experience in all technical and functional areas and good BI skills. 








Essential Responsibilities and Duties 




  • Should have a working understanding of Marketing, Sales, Help Desk and Web Site management via Zoho CRM

  • Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes and Implement Changes.

  • CRM Portal Configuration as per Business Users requirement.

  • Ability to analyze, understand, troubleshoot and effectively communicate functional details to end-users and management

  • Gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system, either leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users.

  • Creating a model of the business's organizational process using the CRM system, related customizations, and reports.

  • Advising business users on CRM, development, and integration best practices

  • Balance the demands and requirements of business users with technical limits.

  • Creating technical specs for upcoming projects

  • Preparing specifications for our Live Services team in other countries, as well as assisting with the completion, testing, and deployment of development projects

  • Configuring, updating and maintaining third-party software like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads

  • Forms, views, dashboards, and workflows in CRM are built and configured.

  • Maintain Helpdesk for new requirements, issues, backlog, source control system, and the code repository.

  • For CRM system administration, effectively use SDK and 3rd party tools

  • Work with the Business Systems Manager to ensure that the overall business is running well.

  • The solution is positioned and deployed following the global architecture and roadmap.

  • Task completion estimates and resource time management

  • Ensure that release management, change management, and project approval processes are all consistent.

  • Support for the application, which includes resolving any issues that may arise.


Requirements



Must-Have Qualification 






  • Strong written communication skills, particularly when it comes to articulating technical specifications and a flexible attitude. 

  • Two years of CRM experience 

  • BE/BSc Computer Science/BCA/M.Tech/MCA 

  • Should have good relevant experience in CRM Development and Administration. 




Preferred Qualifications 





  • Basic understanding of Front end Technologies.

  • Understanding and knowledge of Cloud Architectures 

  • Customizations, Deluge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL (including plugins, scripting, and form design) experience

  • Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA endpoints, and SOAP endpoints is required.

  • Strong awareness of security groups, responsibilities, and teams, as well as the ability to configure them

  • MS-Office, MS-Excel and Ms-PowerPoint

  • Canva and Animaker

  • Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing, Zoho Sites, Zoho Help Desk

  • Designing softwares such as Inkspace, Figma, GIMP and Abode

  • Good expertise in Business Reports, Template , Forms, Workflow, User Management.
