Job Description - CRM Lead

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 15-20 LPA)

Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Delhi

JobType: full-time

As a CRM Manager, you will own retention and lifecycle marketing for a high-growth, app-first business, driving meaningful engagement and repeat usage across the customer journey. This role is central to building long-term customer value through data-driven, behaviour-led CRM strategies. You will design and execute targeted lifecycle programs that convert real-world and offline signals into digital engagement, strengthening customer relationships and improving retention metrics. Working closely with Product, Data, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams, you will translate insights into scalable, automated CRM journeys that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end CRM strategy across multiple channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and WhatsApp
  • Design and execute behaviour-based lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, repeat purchase nudges, win-back flows, and retention loops
  • Build automated triggers, segmentation frameworks, and personalised communication flows aligned with business KPIs
  • Translate below-the-line (BDL) business signals into high-impact digital CRM campaigns that drive engagement and repeat usage
  • Analyse CRM dashboards, cohort movements, and user behaviour to identify opportunities for reactivation and retention improvement
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve key metrics such as D7 and D30 retention, repeat revenue, and overall engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Performance, Data, and Creative teams to align CRM initiatives with broader growth objectives
  • Ensure CRM programs are measurable, scalable, and optimized for both short-term conversions and long-term customer value

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6–7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM and lifecycle marketing for app-first or consumer-focused businesses
  • Strong expertise across CRM channels including push, in-app, email, and WhatsApp
  • Proven ability to design behavioural journeys, automated workflows, and personalised engagement strategies
  • Experience driving measurable improvements in retention metrics such as D7/D30 retention and repeat purchase rates
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dashboards, cohorts, and engagement data to guide decision-making
  • Deep understanding of BDL-led growth and translating offline or ground-level signals into digital engagement
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and influencing outcomes through collaboration
  • A data-driven, execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and impact
