This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA)
Min Experience: 4 years
Location: Sangli
JobType: full-time

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and clean data.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Create and execute targeted sales/marketing campaigns through CRM.
  • Track and report key KPIs like customer satisfaction, churn, and retention.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors/IT support when required.
  • Document CRM processes for continuous improvement.
