CRM Manager

• Lead a high -performing Order
  Processing, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  
• Ensure accurate order entry and
  timely release of customer orders into the system.
  
• Verify all required order details
  before processing; coordinate with the CSD team for missing information.
  
• Coordinate with CSD, PPC, CAD,
  Sampling, Diamond, and Production teams for smooth order execution.
  
• Prioritize orders based on
  delivery timelines and production schedules.
  
• Ensure all customer -specific
  instructions are properly updated in the system.
  
• Release order bags after
  successful system entry and verification.
  
• Update and communicate any order
  changes or modifications to the factory and relevant departments promptly.
  
• Identify touchpoints for
  improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.
  
• Handle production and complaint
  queries.
  
• Foster a collaborative and
  innovative team culture.

Requirements

• Any Graduate
  
• Experience Required - 7+ years in Export Market
  
• Good Knowledge of Costing and Quotation preparation
  
• Must have experience in EMR
  
• Good knowledge of team handling.
  
• Should be presentable
  
• Good communication skills - English and Hindi
  
• Good Grip in Excel 
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving   skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
