Job Description - CRM Manager - growth & retention | Hyderabad

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results -oriented CRM Manager to lead and optimize our multi -channel customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, marketing automation, and data -driven execution. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, Push, etc.), orchestrating customer journeys, and working closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to drive conversions and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi -channel CRM Management

â Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels.

â Use data -driven insights to segment audiences, tailor messages, and improve overall conversion rates.

2. Journey & Automation Strategy

â Design end -to -end customer journeys, from onboarding to retention and reactivation.

â Leverage automation tools (e.g., CleverTap or similar) to create triggers, workflows, and personalized interactions at scale.

3. Creative & Content Collaboration

â Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, copywriters, and cross -functional teams.

â Ensure high -quality, on -brand creative assets and content that resonate with target cohorts.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Negotiations

â Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners to enhance cost efficiencies and campaign reach.

â Explore strategic marketing collaborations that drive relevant traffic and brand awareness.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

â Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance at the channel and cohort level.

â Conduct A/B testing and other optimization tactics to continuously improve ROI.

6. Cross -functional Collaboration

â Work with internal channel owners to set up communication journeys, upload audiences, refresh creatives, and develop comprehensive reports.

â Partner with product and UI/UX teams to influence user flows and enhance the customer experience across digital touchpoints.

7. Process Optimization & Automation

â Champion CRM automation best practices to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and scale personalized outreach.

â Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools that can further automate and optimize CRM processes.

Requirements

â Education & Experience

â Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business (B.Tech/MBA preferred) or equivalent.

â 3 -5 years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.

â Bonus: Experience in the Beauty category or related D2C verticals.

â Technical & Analytical Skills

â Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., CleverTap, WebEngage).

â Solid understanding of segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.

â Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data visualization platforms.

â Soft Skills & Competencies

â Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

â Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast -paced environment.

â Strong problem -solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ownership.

â Ability to collaborate with cross -functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.

â Automation & Process Optimization

â Experience implementing and scaling automated workflows.

â Comfortable leveraging APIs, integrations, and third -party tools to enhance CRM capabilities.
