CRM Specialist - ZOHO

We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of CRM expertise, automation skills, and basic coding knowledge to build scalable systems and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and smooth operations
  
• Design and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation
  
• Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge
  
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and third-party tools via APIs and webhooks
  
• Create customer segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing (lead nurturing, retention, re-engagement)
  
• Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track campaign and sales performance
  
• Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy standards
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency
