Crypto Research Analyst

We are seeking a Crypto Market Research Analyst to drive market research and lead discovery for LCX, a leading crypto and digital asset exchange. Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential token projects, analysing blockchain ecosystems, and maintaining a high-quality lead pipeline using advanced CRM systems. You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to support listing growth and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research across Web3, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities including token listings, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads using advanced CRM tools like Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
• Track funding rounds, token launches, ecosystem partnerships, and community activities.
• Work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Listings teams to transfer qualified leads.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, update data regularly, and generate weekly research and pipeline reports.
• Share weekly research reports and market intelligence summaries with the BD team.
• Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS).
• Must have prior experience working in the crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Attio (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain protocols, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Proficiency in lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
• Analytical mindset with excellent research, data handling, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a crypto exchange or launchpad.
• Familiarity with outreach automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake).
• Knowledge of tokenomics and project lifecycles.
• Community engagement experience on Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
