CS & Legal Executive

Location: Bangalore Experience: 0–1 year

Qualification: Company Secretary (CS – Executive / Final / Qualified) or LL.B (Freshers)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated fresher to support the legal and company secretarial function. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliances, contract management, and regulatory coordination across Indian and international entities.

Key Responsibilities

Company Secretarial & Compliance

• Assist in compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, including maintenance of statutory registers and filings with MCA


• Support preparation of board, committee, and shareholder meeting documents (notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions)


• Maintain compliance trackers, MIS, and statutory records


• Assist in due diligence and audit-related documentation

Legal & Contract Support

• Draft, review, and manage basic legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment documents


• Support contract lifecycle management and documentation control


• Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with external consultants, lawyers, auditors, and internal teamsTrack regulatory updates and assist in implementation


• Support ad-hoc legal and compliance project
