About this opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CS Core Engineer to join our Circle Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of CS Core and subscriber management network elements, ensuring service availability and network performance. You will collaborate with OEMs, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to support critical network services and customer experience.

What you will bring

• Strong expertise in CS Core network technologies and subscriber management platforms.


• Hands-on experience with HSS, HLR, STP, DRA, MGCF, MSS, GMSC, UDM, and SCP.


• Good understanding of Authentication, Roaming, VoLTE, HSS, DRA, and UDM functionalities.


• Experience in troubleshooting network and service-level issues, OEM coordination, and operational incident management.


• Exposure to multi-vendor telecom environments, preferably Nokia, Oracle, Huawei, and Ericsson.
  
  

You will have

• 8–14 years of experience in Telecom Core Network Operations, with a focus on CS Core and Subscriber Data Management domains.


• Experience in network monitoring, KPI analysis, traffic management, and operational support.


• Knowledge of incident, ticket, and work order management processes.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment with flexibility to support 24x7 operations.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
