CSR Fundraising Manager

• Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities from corporates, foundations, and government schemes.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential CSR partners.
  
• Lead the proposal development, submission, and follow-up process for fundraising opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with the Impact & Operations team to prepare impact reports, ROI analyses, and success stories for partners.
  
• Strategically plan and execute fundraising campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Track donor engagement metrics and partnership KPIs to optimize strategies.
  
• Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  
• Stay updated on CSR policy trends, legal compliance, and best practices in fundraising.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
  
• 5–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnership management, or development sector.
  
• A strong network in corporate CSR, foundations, or grant-making organizations is a plus.
  
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and communicate results effectively.
  
• Passionate about women’s health, sustainability, and social impact.
  
• CRM Tools – HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
  
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / Lusha – For lead sourcing and outreach
  
• Google Workspace – Sheets, Docs, Slides for tracking and documentation
  
• Email Campaign Tools – Mailchimp, Lemlist (preferred but not mandatory)
  
• Familiarity with sustainability portals like IndiaCSR, CSRBox is an added advantage
