-Planning and achieving the sales and distribution targets in the region
- Developing new business plans in order to increase volume sales & brand penetration.
- People management, Inventory management and budget planning for the area
- Identifying gaps & growth opportunities in various markets
- Appointing distributors where there is a market gap and increase the penetration of the
brand.
- Monitoring the financials and business models of distributors and resolving issues if
any.
- Monitoring competition and supporting the sales team with price and promotions.
- Coordinating with supply chain and marketing team for stocks and other operations.
- Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volumes in almost all product
categories
- Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors
