We are seeking a visionary CTO Co-Founder to lead the technology strategy and build a category-defining AI platform from the ground up. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial technology leader who is passionate about Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solutions that solve complex business problems at scale.

As a founding technology leader, you will define the long-term technology roadmap, architect scalable AI products, and establish the engineering culture that drives innovation and business growth. Working closely with the founding team, you will transform cutting-edge AI research into production-grade products powered by AI Agents, Voice AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology vision, product architecture, and engineering roadmap.
• Design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade AI products from concept to production.
• Architect intelligent AI applications using Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms capable of supporting enterprise workloads.
• Lead engineering strategy, technical decision-making, and software architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with founders on product strategy, business planning, fundraising, hiring, and company growth initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to maintain technological leadership.
• Establish engineering best practices, development processes, and scalable software delivery methodologies.
• Drive cloud-native infrastructure, AI deployment strategies, and MLOps practices to support production-ready AI applications.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong expertise in Agentic AI, AI solution architecture, and enterprise AI application development.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI products using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and modern AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Python, vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI model optimization.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-based AI platforms using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong system design and software architecture skills with the ability to build highly scalable, secure, and resilient AI systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent architectures, AI infrastructure, and MLOps practices.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical excellence, product strategy, and execution speed.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience building and mentoring engineering teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from scratch, taking ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and driving long-term innovation through AI.
