Curriculum Developer

About the Role

As a Curriculum Developer at Team Everest, you will create content that helps 1000s of students. In this role you will create curriculum across subjects such as communication skills, technology literacy, career preparation, and other relevant topics.

In this role, you'll both create educational content and begin taking on leadership tasks like reviews, mentoring juniors etc.

If you love exploring new ideas, writing creative content, and seeing your words make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You Will Do?

1. Create well -researched content for our various educational and volunteering programs.
   
2. Proofread and edit created content to maintain quality.
   
3. Support the Team Leader in project management and reporting progress to leadership.
   
4. Track feedback on curriculum and improve content constantly.
   
5. Build your curriculum review skills to grow into a senior role.
   

Requirements

Education:  Any Graduate

1. Strong research and writing skills.
   
2. Ability to organize and structure information effectively.
   
3. Proofreading and editing skills.
   
4. Creative thinking to develop engaging activities.
   
5. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
   
6. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
   
7. Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn, works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team.

Other Information

• Probationary Period: 3 months
  
• Commitment: We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. No formal agreements, we work on trust!
  
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month
  
• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  
• Office Address: Work from our Chennai office.
  
• Joining Date: Immediate
