Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software products. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and quality throughout the development process.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
