Job Title: Python (Custom Solutions) Developer (Python+SQL+C#+Powershell)

Location: Chennai/Hybrid

Experience: Min 8 to 12 Years

Role Overview

The Custom Solutions Developer is
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke technical
solutions that extend the capabilities of the platform where functionality is
not available within the core product. This includes customer-specific integrations,
automation tools, data migration utilities, operational tooling, and
AI-driven solutions that improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.

This role acts as a bridge between Software
Development and the Support Team, enabling rapid delivery of technical
solutions while allowing core engineering resources to remain focused on
strategic product development and roadmap initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software solutions
  that extend functionality.
  
• Build customer-specific integrations with third-party systems
  and healthcare technologies.
  
• Develop automation tools to streamline repetitive operational
  and support processes.
  
• Create utilities that simplify administration, maintenance,
  deployment, and data management activities.
  
• Develop data migration and transformation solutions to support
  customer onboarding and implementation projects.
  

Integration & Automation

• Implement APIs, data synchronization services, and middleware
  integrations.
  
• Develop solutions supporting steriliser load synchronization,
  batch management, service requirement expiry management, and related
  customer workflows.
  
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes
  across Software Development and the Support Teams.
  
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
  

Technical Governance

• Follow established development, testing, security, and
  deployment standards.
  
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for all custom
  solutions.
  
• Ensure solutions are appropriately tested and supported.
  
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
  
• Promote best practices for maintainability, performance, and
  security.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA
  Engineers, Support Analysts, and Customer Success teams.
  
• Translate customer requirements into effective technical
  solutions.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed
  custom solutions where required.
  

Innovation & AI Enablement

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions using AI and automation
  technologies.
  
• Support AI strategy through data preparation, automation, and
  intelligent workflow solutions.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies that could improve customer
  outcomes or internal efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in software
  development using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Python and web technologies.[LJ1] 
  
• Experience developing APIs, integrations, and automation
  solutions.
  
• Strong SQL development and database design skills.
  
• Experience working with RESTful services, data transformation,
  and ETL processes.
  
• Understanding of application architecture and software
  development best practices.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working within Agile software development
  environments.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

 Desirable

• Experience with healthcare software systems.
  
• Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies.
  
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure Functions, or similar
  automation technologies.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and
  infrastructure automation.
  
• Experience with data migration projects and customer onboarding
  activities.
